Addison was a flower. She actually kept her pedal head on! This last photo is funny-Addison
likes to put all of her animals and baby that she sleeps with between her crib and wall. I had to take a photo. She is doing great by the way! 19 months old now. Hard to believe. Have a great November!

17 months

While I don't have a fun and cute photo to add right now, I just wanted to share something funny that Addison did a few nights ago. Every night we read to her, and lately she has decided to stay busy in her room while we read stories. So instead of sitting on our lap, she might look at others books, or sit in her own little rocking chair. Addison is getting very good at pointing to the different parts of her body-hair, eyes, ears, tongue, etc. We were reading a story a few nights ago, and in the story was mention of a nose. I said to addie, "Addison, where is your nose?" Very seriously, she stood up, put her hands on her knees, scooched down and starting looking around the room for her "nose." Too cute.
She also now has a small purse of mine that she likes to carry around, and during story time she will pick up her purse, sit in her rocking chair and listen to the story....funny!
We are having so much fun...just wanted to share.

August 2009

We just returned from our trip to North Carolina. We had so much fun! Addison loves the water, and definitely enjoyed the beach. The drive was long, but Addie was a champ and did very well for the 16 hour drive. Here are some photos from our time there.

Here are some great photos that AJ took-Addison was in the Diaper Derby at the Yarmouth Clam Festival. She did great, and had fun. Isn't she getting so big?!?

Addison is 15 months old! She is walking all around now. She has a bunch of teeth, and loves to dance. Here are some photos from the weekend. She loves the water!

Wow, she is growing up quick!

Here are some more recent photos of Addison. She is great! She was sick earlier this month, but now is doing much better. It looks like she will be walking any day now, and she is faster than ever when she crawls. She is loving Auntie AJ being here with us. Her daycare is going great, she enjoys it a lot, and seems to really love the interaction with a few other kids. She is pretty amazing-we are blessed!

Addison's 1st Birthday

Almost 1 year old!!

Hello, and happy spring! Addison is doing great! She is just a few weeks away from turning 1! It is truly hard to believe. She continues to be a happy, outgoing little baby. She understands so much! She is now standing with assistance, and can also walk with assistance. She loves to talk (babble). She can give "high-five" she loves to sing "Row Your Boat" and "Pat-a-Cake." Next week she will be starting a new daycare with a few other kids. She LOVES her daddy, and lights up when he walks into the room. She loves her puppies-especially feeding them her food!

Hello! Have not posted in awhile....sorry! My printer/scanner no longer works, and I had a minute today to use Nick's. So here are a few photos!

Addison is great! She is 10 months old now. I just noticed another tooth coming in-she is up to 7 teeth now! Her latest: clapping, playing peek-a-boo, eating more solid foods, using a sippy cup, bouncing in her bouncy, crawling everywhere! Just a few days ago she pulled herself to her knees in her crib. In no time she'll be walking! She has no problem sitting upright on her own also. She is doing so well!

Hello!

Wanted to share these great photos of Addison. She is 9 months old now...wow! We have a picture of the family on Christmas Eve-we were at Auntie Anna and Uncle Chris' house. Then there is a photo of Addie and Daddy going down the slide at Joker's. We were there for cousin Samantha's 3rd birthday party...what fun!! And also a photo with Nana Kathleen at Christmas time. We had a great holiday. Addison has been amazing. She is really army-crawling all over, and continues to roll around. She has started to clap (a lot) and has also started eating finger foods-she loves it! She continues to talk- a lot of Da Da Da and Ma Ma Ma. She seems to be picking up on the sign language we use with her, and knows the sign for "milk" and she herself has been using the sign for "more" which is pretty amazing to watch! Otherwise she continues to be a beautiful, happy, healthy baby. She goes in for her 9 month checkup next week.
